Sponsorship FAQ

  1. HOW DO I SUBMIT A SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION?
    Please complete the form on the sponsorship page and submit it.

  2. HOW DO I SUBMIT MY SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT?
    Once we have received your application, we will send you a link to submit your chosen amount. If you prefer to pay by check please indicate on the application.

  3. WHAT IS THE CUT OFF DATE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS?
    • Youth Iftar – February 15, 2025, by 9:00 PM (Arizona Time)
    • Women’s Tea - March 15, 2025, by 9:00 PM (Arizona Time)
    • Awards Dinner - September 10, 2025, by 9:00 PM (Arizona Time)
    This gives ISBA enough time to review the application and order the necessary recognitions for your sponsorship level.

  4. WHAT IS THE CUT OFF DATE TO SUBMIT COMPANY LOGOs?
    Once your application has been accepted, you will have 48 hours to submit logos and other pertinent information needed to promote your company as a sponsor.

Please note that accepted sponsorships are effective upon receipt of payment of pledged funds. Accepted sponsorships are non-refundable.
